When you become a part of Overlake Terrace's community, most of your basic needs are covered in our basic rate. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, emergency response system, 24-hour staffing and scheduled transportation to local destinations. Assisted and Independent Living Basic
- Private studio apartment – beginning at $2,890/month
- One-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,360/month
- Deluxe one-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,750/month
- Two-bedroom apartment – beginning at $4,490/month
- Second occupant charge – beginning at $900/month
Assisted Living Respite
Our daily Respite rate starts at $125 per day with intake assessment by Health Services Director. This rate includes the services included in our Assisted Living basic rates.
Kingswood Court Memory Care
- Private apartment – beginning at $5,000/month
- Companion apartment – beginning at $4,000/month
Kingswood Court Memory Care Respite
Our daily Respite rate for Kingswood Court is $175 per day. This rate includes the services included in our Memory Care basic rates.
