Management TeamSoher Bishai, Executive DirectorSoher joins Overlake Terrace with more than 13 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, improving and strengthening programs and supporting the staff and residents at Overlake Terrace. In her spare time, Soher enjoys traveling and cross-stitching. Debi Russell, RN, Health Services DirectorDebi oversees nursing services, resident assessments, service plans, and the medication program at Overlake Terrace. She also assists with the coordination of resident move-ins, working directly with the residents and their families on a continuing basis. Debi has been a Nurse for 34 years, and has spent the last 11 years in Long Term Care/Assisted Living. She has four children and two grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. She enjoys traveling, reading, and live theater. Kris Robertson, Community Outreach DirectorKris Robertson joined the team in June of 2010 from Huntington Beach, California. She has been in Assisted Living for the past 16 years, learning the ropes in the building from Activities Director, to Community Relations Director, Regional Marketing, Executive Director, and her true passion, back in the Marketing Department now at Overlake Terrace. While she is still adjusting to the weather in Washington, she loves being close to her daughter – Taylor and being “Meemaa” to her Grandson – Grey. Jennifer Creagan, Community Relations DirectorJennifer Creagan joined our team December 2010. After her 22 year career in the Mortgage industry she decided to follow her heart. She began in the Community Relations position in Senior Communities May 2008. She loves helping Seniors and making a difference in their lives and families lives also. Born and raised in Seattle. Married 17 years and has a 14 year old daughter. In her spare time she likes to run, snowmobile, cycle and spending time with family and friends. Cheryl Hamilton, Activities DirectorCheryl has worked in Assisted Living for eight years. She has been a caregiver, activities assistant and now Activities Director. Cheryl attended university in Tennessee and lived in Canada for many years; she is married with two grown children and one grandson. Her sweet dog Pumpkin enjoys visiting with the residents at Overlake Terrace. Cheryl's smiling personality is well suited to her job of making our residents' lives fun and meaningful. David Strandring, Personal Preferences CoordinatorLana Markosova, MC CoordinatorMarina Almagro, AL Care CoordinatorElio Riccardi, Dining Service DirectorElio joined Overlake Terrace with 30 years experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality business. Originally from Naples, Italy, Elio graduated from the Instituto Albergheriero Italiano, a prestigious Food and Beverage University. He began his career at General Mills and was recruited to open the beautiful Baccano restaurant in Belltown. Following his years at Baccano he worked for the Schwartz Brothers Restaurant in Bellevue. He has also worked as Food Service Director for Holiday Inn, The Hilton, and Timber Ridge in Issaquah. Elio strives to provide American food and service with a European accent. In his spare time, he enjoys being a gentleman farmer, tending his fruit trees, and spending time with his wife Karin and daughter Erika.
